1 On 1 Coaching
There are no quick fixes or shortcuts. If you want results you have to put in the work and be CONSISTENT!
This is the total package if you are ready to commit to making a complete body and mindset transformation. My 1-on-1 coaching option will provide the most accountability out of everything I offer.
All clients are expected to update me on a weekly basis (although you can contact me at any time with questions) with their completed check-in questions, updated progress pictures, weigh-ins/measurements, and any additional comments/questions/concerns.
Depending on physical changes that I can see from photos as well as your feedback, I will make the necessary changes to your nutrition and cardio protocols as needed. Resistance training programs are generally designed for a 6-16 week period depending on the individual and their goals. Meal plans/Macros and cardio are updated as needed.
I will give you every detail you need to not only achieve your goal body- but to learn how to maintain your results for the long run!
Achieve your goals
As your coach, I will customize a training and nutrition protocol for your specific goals. Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, or even do both, I will be able to help you finally achieve the results you’ve always wanted and maintain them for the long-term.
I will teach you exactly how to approach your nutrition to achieve your goals. I provide you with custom macros and/or meal plans/food suggestions based on your individual needs and preferences.
I provide a customized, progressive, training program for you so that you know exactly what to do in the gym. Video demonstrations will be provided for each exercise. At-home workouts can be provided if needed.
Optimization is key
To ensure that you are making progress, I will hold you accountable and have you check in once a week! Using your progress photos, measurements, and your subjective feedback, I will be able to make changes to your plan as needed.
Bodyweight isn’t the only way to determine progress. Sometimes the scale may not move, but that doesn’t always mean you aren’t making progress. I will have you send me pictures once a week to monitor progress and make adjustments.
Another tool I use to monitor progress, in addition to bodyweight and progress photos, are circumference measurements. This way we can assess progress in different areas of your body based on your goals.
Another huge aspect of progress is listening to your body. I want to know how you are feeling, not just how you are looking. We will monitor variables such as energy levels, sleep, recovery, stress, etc. This is the most important aspect because everyone’s body is different.
